Smashed Potatoes
Ingredients
680g little gems potatoes
2 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped chives
⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil potatoes until they are fork tender
- Once potatoes are boiled, drain the water and place on a baking tray
- Using a measuring cup, smash the potatoes
- Season with garlic salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese
- Generously drizzle olive oil on the potatoes
- Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Garnish with fresh chives
