Seared Scallops & Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp unsalted butter

8-12 scallops

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Chopped Fresh parsley

1 cup Yo Mama Vodka Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and butter over medium high heat in a skillet.
  2. Add the scallops and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Wipe out the pan and add the sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes until warm.
  4. Serve the sauce topped with scallops and a garnish of fresh parsley.
