Holiday Pizza Wreath

Ingredients

400g pizza dough

6 tbsp Yo Mama’s Pizza Sauce

1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cherry tomatoes, halved

Handful of cranberries

7 slices pepperoni

1 fresh rosemary sprig

¼ cup bocconcini pearls

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Stretch 400g pizza dough into a 10” circle and remove a circle of dough from the centre 
  2. Top the pizza dough with Yo Mama’s Pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, cranberries, pepperoni, and rosemary
  3. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes 
  4. Out of the oven, top the pizza with bocconcini pearls and black pepper
  5. Enjoy!
